The Team

Travis Sizemore, DO, MPH

Dr. Travis Sizemore completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of South Carolina, Greenville. He continued his education with a fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Kentucky, gaining expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders. To better enhance his understanding of public health and healthcare delivery for his patients, Dr. Sizemore earned a Master of Public Health with a focus on epidemiology. 

As a board-certified rheumatologist and an active member of the American College of Rheumatology, Dr. Sizemore has been committed to advancing the field of rheumatology through both clinical practice and leadership roles. He maintains his board certification in both internal medicine and rheumatology. Additionally, he has served as the Medical Director of rheumatology at a leading medical center in Kentucky and a federally qualified health center in the same region. Dr. Sizemore has held the esteemed position of chairman of the board and president for the Kentucky Rheumatology Alliance from 2022 to 2024.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with his family. His dedication to both his career and family reflects his passion for improving lives, whether through medical care or cherished personal experiences.
