Melissa Parker, Practice Administrator

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in healthcare management from Lander University, later completing her master’s degree in healthcare leadership from Anderson University. She has been with Greenwood Rheumatology as a patient service representative since the practice opened in 2015 and advanced to practice administrator in 2021. Melissa prides herself on ensuring the practice runs efficiently, putting patient experience above all else. 

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys listening to podcasts, crafting and completing puzzles. You can find her exploring the outdoors and visiting new towns with her husband, their sons and three dogs.
